“Coming out as victorious in the prelims were chef de cuisine Becca Henry and executive chef Chris Royster. Going head-to-head for the grand prize on October 18, the two chefs raced the clock once again in a high-pressure cook-off. With only 60 minutes to prepare both an appetizer and entrée using secret ingredients, the chefs were scored by a panel of judges who awarded points according to technical prowess, creativity, and overall taste of the dish.”
