Daily Camera: 11 Boulder restaurants, food service operations make Good Food 100 list
“The Good Food Media Network on Wednesday released its annual Good Food 100 Restaurants list, ‘an annual rating and economic analysis offering insight into the business and purchasing practices of chefs and restaurants and their commitment to good food and sustainable sourcing,’ according to a news release.
‘Our goal is to promote transparency and empower people to be aware of where their food is coming from while recognizing the chefs and restaurants who are consciously committed to building a better food system. Every menu choice and good food purchase that chefs and restaurants make affects each link in our food chain as well as state, regional and national economies,’ Sara Brito, co-founder and president of Good Food Media Network, stated in the release. ‘We are proud of the participating 2019 chefs and restaurants who are leading the way with transparency and catalyzing change among their colleagues and guests.’”
