Eater Denver: The Inaugural BBQ Fest – and More Food and Drink to Try for Father’s Day Weekend

Flagstaff House has been in the same family for three generations and is a Boulder fine-dining staple. For Father’s Day, chef and partner Chris Royster (a Chopped champ) is offering a wagyu steak with Asian sides of sticky rice, shiitake mushrooms, pickled vegetables, and a tamari demi-glace. Also on the menu is a Colorado lamb loin and shank served with polenta with white truffles, ratatouille, goat cheese, and jus. Royster is also offering a five-course tasting menu.”
