Adam Monette is the General Manager at the Flagstaff House and is part of the third generation of the Monette family. He is the eldest son of Executive Consultant Mark Monette and nephew to Managing Partner Scott Monette.
Mark first introduced Adam to his kitchen when Adam was a young boy. Adam helped peel potatoes and wash dishes for years until he earned his opportunity to work alongside his father and uncle.
While studying Hospitality Management at Colorado State University, Adam worked in numerous restaurants and hotels which helped him gain a strong understanding for the hospitality business.
Adam has worked just about all of the various positions offered at the Flagstaff House, both in the kitchen and in the dining room. In December of 2014 Adam assumed the role of Dining Room Manager, and in 2018 was made a Partner. Adam takes great pride in the family business and enjoys exceeding customer expectations.
When not pacing the floors of the Flagstaff House Adam can be found dining out on the town, training for and racing triathlons, or spending time with friends and family.
