The Know/Denver Post: Colorado’s 13 most iconic, historic restaurants and what to order when you’re there
?There are a few eras in the lifespan of this Boulder mountainside restaurant. It began as a Chicago teacher’s summer cabin in 1929. It became an event space in 1937, and by 1954, its life as the Flagstaff House restaurant first took off under the operating Buelkes family. Today it stands as a special occasion spot and one of the prettiest patios in the region for a glass of wine and an appetizer.”
