With a strong academic background in chemistry and biology, Connor brings a scientific lens to the world of hospitality. Deeply passionate about the intersection of science, history, and beverage culture, he is especially fascinated by the medical history of wine, cocktails, and spirits. This unique perspective allows him to approach hospitality not only as a craft but as a disciplined, purpose-driven endeavor.

Connor earned a place at the national level of competition. This milestone fueled an enduring ambition for excellence and innovation in the industry. Today, he is proud to be a Top 100 Diageo World Class Competitor and a 2023 Patrón Perfectionist Finalist. Currently, he is pursuing both the WSET Diploma and WSET Spirits Level 3 Certification, further deepening his knowledge and expertise.

Beyond the cellar, Connor finds joy in self-expression through his passions. Whether hiking, climbing, exploring taxonomy, reading, or engaging in strategy games, he is always seeking new challenges and inspirations that enriches his personal and professional life.
