Kacey Johnson began her journey with the Flagstaff House while attending CU Boulder, starting as a server assistant and later adding hosting to her areas of expertise. Within her first year, she was promoted to server, showcasing her knowledge in food and beverage service. After earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Kacey continued to excel in her role as a server, before transitioning seamlessly into the position of Assistant Manager.
Kacey’s deep understanding of the restaurant’s operations, combined with her unwavering commitment to excellence, makes her a natural leader in this role. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, strong work ethic, and passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere, Kacey is dedicated to driving the success of both her team and the Flagstaff House.
A semi native of Colorado, Kacey feels a strong connection to the community she serves. In her free time, she enjoys all the outdoor activities Colorado offers, from skiing in the winter to running and hiking in the summer.
