As Head of Service, Amy is a proven leader who ensures every guest feels welcomed and cared for. Beyond her role on the floor, she plays an integral part in the operations of service, mentoring staff and upholding the highest standards of fine dining.

Outside of the Flagstaff House Amy is tending to her garden, devising delicious culinary delights of her own creation with her husband, or out hunting and skiing.
