Private event guests enjoy the same hyper-seasonal, locally inspired cuisine offered during dinner service. We take pride in crafting a dining experience as exceptional as the occasion itself. Guests may select from our globally recognized five-course menu and curated wine and beverage program, while weddings and larger gatherings can take advantage of customizable menus tailored to the celebration.

Flagstaff House offers a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces to accommodate events of all sizes.

• The Flagstaff Room – Our largest indoor dining room, seating up to 100 guests. Perfect for weddings, rehearsal dinners, and large gatherings.
• The Glass Atrium – An open-air dining space, available for up to 60 guests.
• The Covered Terrace – A fully outdoor yet sheltered space, seating up to 40 guests, ideal for spring/summer celebrations or cocktail receptions.
• The Vintner’s Room – Our most intimate and newly renovated private dining room, seating up to 16 guests.

“Weddings at the Flagstaff House are a truly magical experience,” said Annie. “Our guests get to utilize all of our private dining rooms and terraces for everything from cocktail receptions to dancing and dining. Our team is always one step ahead so the couple can relax and enjoy the day.”

Our Pastry Chef Danielle Mazziotti bakes every wedding cake in-house on the day of the celebration, ensuring impeccable presentation and flavor.

“One of my favorite parts about weddings is seeing the couple take their first bite of cake and the joy on their faces because their wedding cake is actually delicious,” shared Annie.

The restaurant offers year-round weddings, any day of the week, with highly customizable options for daytime or evening receptions. With availability booking up to a year in advance, early reservations are encouraged.

“A lot of businesses come here because we can really showcase Colorado for their clients,” shared Annie.

“We approach every event with the same intentionality and attention to detail as we do our standard dinner reservations,” added Kacey.
