“Bubbles, baubles, sparkles and the tinkling of champagne glasses: the team at Boulder’s iconic Flagstaff House Restaurant (1138 Flagstaff Rd, Boulder) is celebrating the close of 2019 with a special caviar tasting flight just for New Year’s Eve, Tuesday 12/31. The fine-dining mecca has put together a luxurious tasting feast prepared by Executive Chef/Partner Chris Royster; for $108 per person, diners are treated to three decadent caviars (think Ossetra, Siberian and American choices) along with whole wheat blini and traditional accoutrements such as crème fraîche, brioche, and fennel infused vodka to accompany. A recommended Krug pairing will also be available for this over-the-top way to close out the year.”
