“In early September, we had Summer one day, Winter the next, then Fall the day after that. Such is life in Colorado! Combine that with a pandemic (WEAR YOUR MASKS!) and upcoming elections (VOTE!), we’re all in need of a little escape. Like, say to a tropical island where balmy breezes caress our bodies as we listen to the ocean waves lap at the shore and sip a cocktail that combines the luscious tastes of everything we are experiencing into the perfect sip. Ahhhhhhhh. If only… Happily, we CAN experience an island vacay, if only in our minds, thanks to these tropical cocktails being served at some of our favorite bars and restaurants.”
